You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using it you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
Subject to these Terms and your active plan, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Service for your own personal use. You must not:
The Service, its content and its indicators are for your individual analysis. Any output you view is licensed to you for personal reference, not for onward distribution.
The Service offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance for the stated period. Until online checkout is enabled, subscriptions may be activated manually after payment via the payment method shown at checkout; your account tier is upgraded once payment is confirmed. Prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at the point of purchase. We may change plan features and pricing on a prospective basis.
All payments are non-refundable. Subscription fees, once paid, are not refundable in whole or in part, including for unused time, downgrades, or if you stop using the Service. A free plan is available so you can evaluate the Service before subscribing. Nothing in this clause limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The Service, including its software, design, text, indicators, methodologies, coined indicator names, and all related intellectual property, is owned by IndexBreadth or its licensors and is protected by law. No rights are granted to you except the limited licence in these Terms.
Market data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. The Service and all data and indicators are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Exchange and index names are used for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners.
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal liability. You may stop using the Service at any time; your obligations that by their nature survive termination will continue.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndexBreadth and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading or investment losses, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IndexBreadth and its operators from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Indore, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service, subject to applicable law.
